The story

Cars by miniblank («سيارات» by miniblank)

The parts and the numbers. No badge.

Cars by miniblank draws what people who wrench, track and meet actually know: the firing order, the tyre code, the star you tighten wheel nuts in, the lights on the dash, the 10 mm that always goes missing. Diagrams and type, printed big on the back of heavyweight tees, sweatshirts and hoodies; single parts stitched on the chest and on caps; totes and posters too. No makes, no models, no badges.

Numbers first.

Every number on a piece is a standard value you can check: 1-5-3-6-2-4, one cylinder every 120°; 245/40 R18 97Y, 730 kg and 300 km/h; hand tight, half torque, full torque. The dyno sheet is a drawing of typical curves, not a test of any car.

One patent, 1911.

Turbo, 1911 is Fig. 1 of US patent 1,006,907, granted to Alfred Büchi on 24 October 1911: the exhaust drives a turbine, the turbine drives a compressor, the compressor fills the engine with air. Traced line for line from the patent office scan.
